Labor Relations
We advise employees and unions in all aspects of Labor Law, including labor relations, labor standards and collective bargaining.
We have extensive experience in collective agreement negotiations, grievance proceedings, and have appeared before the National Labor Relations Board and brought arbitration issues before the State Board of Labor Relations.
Significant Areas of Service:
- Collective bargaining, including analyzing and providing assistance in the preparation of union proposals, advising on strategies and providing representation throughout the process
- Advising clients on the interpretation and relevance of labor legislation at the State and Federal levels, providing advice relating to unfair labor practice issues
- Providing interpretation and advice on collective agreements and handling grievances that arise from collective agreements.
